Many national organizations hold annual weekend retreats to provide children and their families an opportunity to interact with others who have endured similar experiences. These weekends allow them to share ideas, make long-lasting friendships and just have some plain old-fashioned fun! This year Philly Phaces is hosting a one-day event at Knoebels to bring our local families together. As we continue to grow as an organization, it is our hope at Philly Phaces to develop our own local weekend retreat in the future.
Phamily Phun Day at Knoebels is intended for individuals with a craniofacial condition/cleft lip and palate and their families. It is for immediate family only, parents (2 adults) and siblings.
Family Registration fee $40; Online Registration Deadline – August 1, 2016
Registration fee will include the following:
Dinner will be provided for the immediate family only, parents (2 adults) and siblings at a reserved pavilion for Philly Phaces.
$20 per family in park tickets
- Tickets may be used for rides, refreshments, games, or the pool.
Each Child/Adult patient/Sibling(s) will receive 1 T-shirt
Scavenger Hunt
Blocked rooms are available at a local hotel at a discounted rate of $124. Once registered you will be emailed details.
Extended family members may attend, but must pay a $15 fee per person to cover their meal expense and please note their name on the registration form so we may keep an accurate count of attendees.
Additional t-shirts for parents or family members are available to purchase for $10 each.
